STEP 1 -

The Presell

In this step an EPS member welcomes the customer warmly and explains the event and offers them to sign and schedule an appointment. If the customer agrees on mutually decided time and location, a small amount is taken as deposit. After this process the customer is given a voucher with details like the appointment place and time. An acknowledgement of the payment and other details are given to the customer at the same time.

A space of approximately 4’ X 6’ is required in a HIGH FOOT FALL LOCATION for this step.

STEP 2 -

Photoshoot

This is where the creativity take place with the professional photographers and professional assistants help customers to be comfortable and happy. and the creation of creative photography and poses with vintage props come together and makes priceless portraits.

A space approximately 12’ X 18’ is required in a LOW FOOT FALL LOCATION for this step.

Step 3 -

Collection

This is the final step of the event. In this step, the customer can see their actual portrait. They can select and take their portrait with them. Friendly staff will help them to do the selection. Payments can be done by card or cash.

A space approximately 4’ X 8’ is required in a LOW FOOT FALL LOCATION for this step and can be the same location as step II.
